What is BookmarkingDemon?

I saw a post on BloggerUnleashed the other day about an interesting program called BookmarkingDemon by Edwin Brian. BookmarkingDemon is a simple little application that automates the process of submitting links to Social Bookmarking sites like del.icio.us, faves.com, spurl.net and many more. I know I’ve tried submitting my sites to some of these sites and its a big pain in the butt. Even using a free service like SocialMarker.com can still be quite tedious to use. After hearing about BookmarkingDemon I went to the homepage and watched some of the videos and I was quite impressed. Everything was automated, and you could do some cool things like randomizing your account user names and your bookmark titles to make things appear less spammy. Once this whole process is done, I could see it would bring my sites more targeted traffic (via tags), faster search engine indexing, higher search engine ranking and probably even better Page Rank. Although the price tag of $97 is a little steep, the benefits were compelling, and I decided to take the plunge and purchase it. In this blog, I will be reviewing BookmarkingDemon as I take the program through its paces.
